Technically speaking, I’m the managing member of Kenoza Lake Development, LLC but much better known as Kenoza Lake Estates. I also fancy myself to be a fairly decent home designer and builder. I currently reside in Kenoza Lake with my beautiful wife Jessica and our two dogs (Dain and Bruce), on a beautiful lakefront parcel on Route 52. This blog is all about Kenoza Lake Estates so I will provide a brief history of how it came to be the success it is today.

In 2004, I formed a partnership to purchase Kenoza Lake and approximately 300 acres of the surrounding lands. The undertaking of developing this property began in April of 2004 and in June, 2006, Phase I, consisting of twenty-eight parcels (15 lakefront, 13 with lake rights and/or views) were filed and put on the market. Over the past 2 1/2 years we have successfully sold 25% of that inventory in spite of all adversity including the current “gloom and doom economic crisis”. While it hasn’t been an easy road, perseverance and the “make it happen” attitude have really made it happen thus far.
