I’m very proud to say that we have our first sale in the works for 2009! I signed a contract of sale last week for Lot 17, one of our lakefront parcels, at a sale price of $325,000. See that, there are still buyers out there!!! This sales price was significantly discounted from the listing price in consideration of the fact that our newest prospective members of Kenoza Lake Estates are planning on beginning construction on a new custom home this year (and they’re just really nice people). The anticipated closing date is around the middle of March so I’ll be sure and put an update out there once the sale has closed.
